How It Works

Four steps, and a person at the other end of each one.

Apply
Fill in the application form. You do not need an account, and there is nothing to pay at this stage. Tell us who the student is, what they want to study, and when they are free.

Our team reviews your application
A member of the academic team reads it. For Qur'an and Arabic we usually arrange a short reading assessment over a call, so the student is placed at the right level rather than the expected one.

You are admitted and receive login details
On admission we send login details for the student portal, along with the agreed timetable and the name of each teacher.

Begin live online classes
Classes are held on standard meeting platforms. The join link sits in the portal next to the class, shown in your own local time.
What the review involves
We look at three things: what the student already knows, how much time they can realistically give, and which teacher is the right fit. For younger students we also speak with a parent or guardian before classes begin. Most applicants hear back within a few days. If a reading assessment needs scheduling across time zones it can take a little longer, and we will tell you if that is the case.
Login details are only issued after admission. We will never ask for payment details through the application form.
